Team Building Event cheaply

Our client had 80 people attending Melbourne for a three day conference and also on the second evening they needed to host a team toning event. We were on a fabulous limited budget and while brainstorming easy on the pocketbook team building ideas we came up with a pizza making be right for.

This event provided us with opportunities to take guests out of every hotel and put them in new and exciting area.

Step one was all you need is perfect venue. When working on a budget use your venue to help the scene. We found a rustic underground restaurant by using wood fired oven.

Being a weeknight we were able to hire the entire basement level at a great price. Note - Venues always choose to fill their function space throughout a weeknight, you should grab yourself a better rate on a weeknight in comparison to Friday or Saturday evening.

To start the a day off, we had the executive chef demonstrate the art of pizza making. The group were then combined with teams and accountable for creating their own pizza's. This was a great way to provide a team building activity throughout save money as the jeans ate the pizza's there was made. Of course we supplied some professionally made pizza's along with!

In regard to themeing area, with not too significantly expense we transformed the space into a Little Tuscany. We utilised the stores free white table cloths and simply hired in red and white check table cloths to check placed over the white cloths sold at the venue.

We brought white candles while in the reject shop and dissolved them onto empty wine bottle provided at no charge by the venue. Add some artificial grapes, again from the deny shop and presto an affordable and easy table design!

Lighting is also a great way to create effect without the expense. Here in little England we hired mini up-lights, when chatting to an audio visual supplier you can also ask for parcan lights. The lights were just $5 each and you get to choose what colour gel (in other words a thick cellophane cover) you are searching for. We chose gels inside of red and green placing them through the room to light the building blocks for a warm distinction.

Our guests had a fantastic evening as well as pizza making there was involving dough throwing!
